2. 🔒 Information Collection and Local Storage

Local Device Data Only

Bubble Popper stores all game data locally on your device:

Level Times & High Scores: Precision speedrun completion times tracked down to centiseconds.
Progression & Unlocked Stages: Stages 1 through 15 unlock state and level completion markers.
Currencies & Loadout: Diamond balance, Coin balance, owned perks, and equipped bubble skins.
Audio & Settings: Sound effects and music volume preferences.

This information is stored strictly on your local device via SharedPreferences on Android and UserDefaults on iOS. It is never transmitted, synced, or uploaded to any remote server managed by us.

Deleting Your Data

Because all progress is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data. You can delete or reset all game data at any time by clearing the application storage in your device Settings or by uninstalling the application.

3. 💳 In-App Purchases & Third-Party Payment Processing

Bubble Popper offers optional consumable In-App Purchases (Coin Packs: 100 Coins, 500 Coins, 1200 Coins) to unlock cosmetic skins and power-ups. Transactions are processed directly and securely by platform operators:

Google Play Store (Android): Managed directly by Google via Google Play Billing under Google's Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store (iOS): Managed directly by Apple via StoreKit 2 under Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not collect, process, or store your payment details, credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking information.

4. 📴 Offline Operation & Device Permissions

Bubble Popper is designed as an offline-first single player arcade game. The application does not request access to sensitive device capabilities such as Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Photo Library, Precise Location, or App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

5. 👶 Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has contacted us with personal information, please contact support@marcvali.org and we will immediately delete any correspondence.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be published directly on this webpage and become effective immediately upon posting.
